BEFORE         ... AFTER !! 

Storage cabinets were removed from divider between den and kitchen. "After" picture above shows the old "island" reinstalled with new granite counter and tumbled marble backsplash, together with new granite breakfast bar. New gas cooktop and vegetable sink installed with oil rubbed bronze swan-type faucet.

This was the large island and cooktop "before" which occupied too much floor space. The "after" picture shows the island gone, and new chiseled-edge travertine installed throughout the kitchen. All existing cabinets were refinished in white with a "distressed tea-stain" faux finish.

The original kitchen floor was 3/8" hardwoods which were all removed and replaced with chiseled-edge travertine with antique white grout.

Dramatic before/after picture showing newly refinished cabinets and new granite counters. A double stainless undermount sink was installed with a Danze oil-rubbed bronze faucet. New Xenon type under cabinet lights installed. Above the double oven, an extra storage cabinet was installed which was recycled from the image at top of this page!

Butler's pantry was refinished in white with tea-stain accents, and new tumbled marble backsplash and granite counter. Xenon under-cabinet lights added.

Laundry room flooring was replaced with new chiseled edge travertine and new appliances installed.

Master bathroom vanities were again refinished in white, and new chiseled edge travertine tile installed.

Master bathroom floor tile was replaced with chiseled-edge travertine. Vanities were painted white and a new modern faux-glaze finish applied to the walls.

Existing formal living room was updated with new handscraped hickory hardwoods and a new paint scheme, transforming it into a stunning music room.

"Before" view of hallway shows old basic stained hardwoods. We removed them and installed the chiseled edge travertine for this high traffic area. The staircase was upgraded with new wrought iron balusters and new hardwood stair treads.

Plain dining area turned into a sumptuous dining room with a two-tone color scheme and new handscraped hickory hardwoods.

We upgraded this guest bathroom with a charming granite vanity unit and new chiseled edge travertine flooring.

Typical tiled fireplace was radically upgraded with new 12x12 graded slate tile and high gloss seal.

Den carpet was replaced with stunning handscraped hickory hardwoods.
