We sowed some perennial rye seed for a lovely green lawn! New front door installed and the exterior was totally repainted.

 
Plain brick fireplace was updated with travertine stone and slate tile accents. New paint and freise carpet along
with retiling the entrance with travertine creates an elegant living room.

 
Kitchen cabinets were refinished with Bombay Mahogany stain, new granite counters and stainless appliances. Wonderful
slate backsplash with bronze accents, and a gorgeous undermount stainless sink with brushed nickel swan faucet. 

 
We added a breakfast bar to the center island and refinished all the cabinets.

 
Old pink marble tub and dated shower replaced with space-age steamshower !! 

 
Master vanities were refinished and counter replaced with Baltic Brown granite. New ceramic European style
sinks and glass waterfall faucets installed.
