We transformed this 1980's condo from a standard 'builder's grade'
finish out to a modern contemporary style. The kitchen was enlarged by
removing the partition wall and breakfast bar. New solid wood high
quality white cabinets were installed, also creating a large island with
counter height breakfast bar. |

This full view shows off the gorgeous "Raven Quartz" counters and gray
porcelain backsplashes. All new stainless steel professional appliances
were installed. We added under cabinet Xenon lighting on a dimmer,
together with stunning pendant lights, also on dimmer, for a great
ambience. Note the fabulous new handscraped hickory hardwoods which
replaced the existing beige carpet. |
 |
The existing safety wall at the top of the stairs was removed, and we
installed a clear plate glass panel
with stainless steel bannisters for a very contemporary look. |
 |
|
The master bathroom shower was slightly enlarged, and rebuilt with a new
custom concrete base. We installed 12"x24" rectified gray porcelain
tiles with white mosaic glass accents. A stunning bodyshower system was
added, and finally we installed a new 3/8" frameless glass enclosure.
WOW !!! |

|
Here is one of the master vanities - we resprayed the cabinets white
semigloss and added stainless pulls. New black granite counters were
added, with porcelain vessel sinks and brushed nickel single handle
faucets. New porcelain floor tile, halogen lighting and a new European
style toilet complete this modern master bathroom. |
 |
|
The entryway was updated by removing the old gray granite tile and
replacing with jet black 12"x24" rectified porcelain. |
 |
|
The guest bathroom was also updated, with a similar style to the master
bathroom. We added a frameless glass bypass shower door over the new
tub. |
 |
|
You can see here the dramatic difference on the stairway - we replaced
the carpet with matching handscraped hickory hardwoods. You can also see
the new stainless steel bannister rails. |

This view of the kitchen is from the same angle !! It shows how we
removed the wall and stove, and installed a large island. Note the
stunning long stainless steel cabinet pulls on the deep drawers. |

Again, this is the same camera angle ... before and after !! Quite a
difference, we think you'll agree !! Many thanks. |
