Q - How are
we compensated?
A -
On
the acquisition of the property,
the seller pays us a commission
(you pay us nothing). We charge
a fixed fee for the management
of the construction project.
Labor, materials,
subcontractors and all other
expenses are at cost no mark
up. We do not charge any fee
for listing the property and
posting it on the MLS. Upon the
sale of the property we receive
a share of the net profit. We are incented
to maximize the profitability of
the project.
